Divorce Litigation

Divorce Litigation is the traditional process of dissolving your marriage and resolving disputes through the public court system.

How it works:

  1. One or both spouses hire an attorney to represent them and advocate on their behalf (it’s not required to have an attorney but usually recommended)
  2. If all issues are not resolved, the case goes to trial where a judge will rule on the issues.
